Earlier served Syndicate Bank as Agriculture Development Officer and Managing Director of Syndicate Farmers’ & Artisans’ Mutually Aided Cooperative Society, Care India, UNDP sponsored Women Empowerment Programme in AP (present SERP) and as DGM (livelihoods), Naandi Foundation working in Andamans, Nagaland, Rajasthan and AP including Tribal areas. Was also consultant to SIDBI, APRLP, Ankuram, a Dalit Based Livelihoods Institution and several Livelihoods and Micro Finance Institutions across India.
Doctoral Research work on Impact Assessment of present IKP-SERP SHGs in AP State, India. Trained in National Rural Support Program in Islamabad,Pakistan.
